BaVesta Villas
Construction of the BaVesta Villas began in 2023, consisting of a total of six villas. Notable for their aesthetic architecture, our villas are set on 405m² plots and feature four en-suite bedrooms. The villas offer a net living area ranging from 387m² to 364m² and are divided into two groups. The villas on the upper row are designed to be more spacious due to their location.
Luxury Villas with Unobstructed Sea Views
Located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan, our project offers unparalleled sea views of Kalkan. The villas are designed with infinity pools to make the most of the view, with nothing in the surroundings to obstruct the sea vista. The garden area includes a spacious pool terrace, perfect for creating a delightful setting to entertain guests with a BBQ area.

While discussing winter usage, it would be remiss not to mention the underfloor heating system. To ensure there are no heating issues in the spacious BaVesta villas, all floors are equipped with an underfloor heating system, ensuring even warmth throughout the villa. For those who prefer, the underfloor heating system can be supplemented with a VRF central air conditioning system. You can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout the villa, just as you would in the summer months.
